Managing Director
Hello! I’m Phil, a qualified Graphic Designer who has worked in many design sectors for more than 25 years. I decided to apply my design background into creating unique and bespoke laser cut gifts after coming across a laser cutter during my brief time as a Design & Technology teacher.
On a social level, having stopped playing football with friends, I have focussed my competitive nature by enjoying a bit of Sim Racing (Gran Turismo & Assetto Corsa Competizione), a round of golf or three, and pub quizzing.
I also stopped travelling the length and breadth of the country following the ups and downs of the 'Mighty Whites', but I am still a big Leeds fan.

In a former life I was the Head of Languages at a couple of local high schools, where I spent 16 years teaching German, honing my organisational skills which I now apply perfectly to my current role in our family business.
I enjoy reading, walking, and foreign travel, and am a proud language geek. Everybody who knows me will also know that I'm mad about cats!
